Dia de ir pra casa, 500km de chão. Hoje a noite vou dar uma geral na motoca. Trocar o óleo, esticar e lubrificar a relação, limpeza geral, calibrar os pneus e abastecer. Rótula na entrada de Santa Maria, já estou  circulando na rótula, cheio de preferência, um motorista resolve dar uma "avançadinha" com o carro bem no momento que estou passando. Resultado: uma rolada no asfalto em plena hora do rush. Prejuízos: manete da embreagem quebrado, guidon torcido e paralama dianteiro trincado. O equipamento de proteção funcionou perfeitamente, nenhum arranhão. Foi trocar o manete e seguir viagem. Já em Rio Grande troquei o guidon. A moto já veio com bagageiro e baú instalados. A Biz é usada e está em um estado de conservação razoável. Aproveitei o fim de semana e peguei a motinho pra algumas manutenções:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;foi trocado o óleo do motor;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;a lâmpada do farol estava queimada;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;a relação estava precisando de ser esticada e lubrificada.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Nos problemas encontrados o mais grave foi a roda traseira. Ela está empenada. A causa provavelmente foi andar com pneu mal calibrado, deve ter passado por algum buraco de jeito. No demais são apenas alguns detalhes facilmente reparáveis:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;alguns pinos de fixação da carenagem lateral estão faltando;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dois parafusos que prendem o apoio dos pés do motorista também estão faltando;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;acredito que o fusível da partida elétrica esteja queimado, mas ainda não consegui verificar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Um último detalhe. A moto não está das mais econômicas. Vazamento resolvido, uma bobina do volante que estava queimada foi substituída, foi colocada uma bateria nova, o miolo do cano de descarga foi adequadamente fixado. Aproveitei e comprei o pedal de partida  novo e também o emblema que vai embaixo do farol. Chuva durante todo o trajeto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No meio do caminho parei pra fazer um lanche. O alarme da moto se armou automaticamente. Na hora de continuar a viagem, o controle do alarme estava bem molhado, não tinha jeito de desarmar o alarme. Solução: remover a bagagem da moto, tirar o banco e trocar o fusível do alarme de lugar. É necessário trocar um retentor do eixo do rotor e também uma bobina do mesmo. Tentei fazer o serviço eu mesmo, mas faltou a ferramenta para travar o rotor para remove-lo. Tudo começou bem. A troca da coroa foi tranqüila, sem maiores contratempos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O serviço começou a ficar mais trabalhoso quando chegou a vez do pinhão. Por ser a primeira vez que mexia na relação de uma Yamaha, não esperava encontrar uma porca daquele tamanho (aproximadamente 30 mm) fixando o pinhão. Após muito procurar a emenda, constatei que a mesma era original e não possuía emenda. Lá fui eu atrás de um esmeril para poder abrir a corrente antiga e colocar a nova. Meu alforge direito virou uma bomba de fumaça. A cinta que o prendia escapou e ele encostou no escapamento. Dentro tinha apenas um cobertor, que virou um grande braseiro dentro da mala. Ela estava desde o carnaval na consecionária autorizada, recebendo manutenção após um acidente. Ficou zero bala. A moto é bem  silenciosa e gostosa de dirigir. Achei algumas receitas de um preparado para manter os pneus pretos e também afastar os amigos caninos. A fórmula aplicada foi a seguinte: açúcar mascavo (era o que tinha sobrando em casa), álcool, água e creolina. Mas nos últimos dias, que têm sido bastante frios, a Y custa bastante a aquecer até o ponto em que possa ser usada. Se o motor não estiver no ponto não adianta, a moto não sai. Já a CG rapidinho tá andando, é só deixar estabilizar a rotação, depois aumentar um pouco o giro e sair, mesmo com o frio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Será que a maior economia tem esse preço na YBR?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Update. &lt;/span&gt;Tudo uma questão de jeito. A boa notícia é que o Alexandre Barros fez a melhor corrida dele no ano acabando em quarto lugar. Por pouco não subiu no pódium. Ele está na oitava posição no campeonato com 25 pontos. A velocidade totalmente errada, o ponteiro oscilando muito e o odômetro estava trancando. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sai a procura de um novo painel e achei o velocímetro da CG bolinha, redondinho, bem simples com as luzes do neutro e do pisca embutidas no próprio velocímetro. Lembra muito o velocímetro da CBs 400,500,750,etc da década de 70. Tive que fazer adaptações para a fixação e também para reposicionar o miolo de ignição.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O resultado foi um visual bem mais limpo e simples. Virei a chave da reserva e nada, continuava falhando. Lá pelas tantas, parou de vez e não tinha Cristo que fizesse pegar. Resultado, voltei rebocado e a CGzinha foi direto pro mecânico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quase duas semanas depois, peguei a motoca. Motor tinindo. Tinha sido a bobina,  foi trocada junto com a vela, cabo de vela, filtro de ar, filtro de combustível e mangueira do combustível. As válvulas foram reguladas (estavam trabalhando enforcadas), carburador limpo e regulado. De início tudo foi maravilha, passado algum tempo o bagageiro quebrou. Não tive dúvida comprei um novo de marca nobre (RONCAR)  mais reforçado. Perfeito! Após mais algumas semanas, o novo bagageiro também quebrou.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O problema é que o baú, isso que ele não é grande, fica balançando demais, forçando a estrutura do bagageiro. Como uso a moto mais para trabalho e sempre ando sozinho, abandonei os bagageiros, mas continuava precisando do baú. Sai em busca de um banco curto da CG Cargo, não encontrei em lugar nenhum aqui na minha cidade. A solução foi encurtar o banco original e fixar o baú direto no quadro da "magrela". Fixei a base do baú onde antes ficava a caixa para ferramentas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para fazer tal adaptação, precisei tirar o paralama traseiro, que saiu junto com a lanterna. No lugar coloquei uma lanterna de RD 135, que vem junto com o soquete. Ainda estou procurando um paralama que sirva na nova configuração.
